Have you ever considered what comes after the words we use to describe ourselves? When we say we are mothers, fathers, siblings, and whatever other words we use, does it end there with a period, signifying that we are only our labels? Or do those descriptive sentences end with ellipses… those three dots that indicate there is more information to come? If we are more than our labels, what does that mean for how we view ourselves, others, and how we interact with each other? Join us as lay leader, Kelley Anderson, shares her experiences exploring these questions. Kelley took part in a year-long sermon writing class facilitated by Rev. Jim. Kelley is the first member of the class to present her sermon; others will take their turn in the coming months.
